Subwyn is built for iPhone. Requires iOS 18.0 or later.

Tap the + button in the top right of the Subscriptions tab. Choose "New Subscription" to enter details manually, or "From Template" to pick from 90 services. Review the details and tap "Save".
Yes. Tap + then "From Template" to browse services grouped by category. Pick one and the name, provider, billing cycle, and category are filled in automatically. Enter your price, review the currency and start date, adjust any details, then tap "Save".
The app defaults to your device's locale currency. You can change the currency for any subscription by tapping the currency code in the price section when adding or editing.
Tap any subscription in the list to open its detail view, then tap "Edit" in the top right corner.
Swipe left on any subscription in the list. You'll see options to Archive (keeps the data) or Delete (permanently removes it).
Archiving hides a subscription from your active list, totals, and charts and removes its renewal reminder, but keeps the record. You can reactivate it anytime from the Archived section. Deleting removes the record from Subwyn. Neither action pauses, cancels, or changes billing with the provider. To stop being charged, cancel directly with the service or through Apple's subscription settings if you subscribed through Apple.
Tap the (...) menu in the top right of the Subscriptions tab, then select "Archived".
With notification permission, Subwyn schedules a local reminder for 9:00 AM the day before an upcoming renewal, based on the start date and billing cycle you enter. Reminders are refreshed when you open the app or bring it to the foreground, so open Subwyn regularly to keep future reminders scheduled. Delivery also depends on your iOS notification settings.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Subwyn in Settings > Notifications > Subwyn. Also verify that the start date and billing cycle are set correctly for your subscription.
The Insights tab has two charts: a donut chart showing your spending breakdown by category, and a bar chart ranking your subscriptions by monthly cost. Both update automatically as you add or edit subscriptions.
No. Archived subscriptions are excluded from totals and charts. Only active subscriptions are counted.
Subscription records are stored locally on your device. Subwyn does not send them to our servers or collect them. Your device backups and any files you choose to export are separate from the app's local storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Tap the (...) menu in the Subscriptions tab and select "Export". This creates a JSON file you can save or share. The export includes all subscriptions (active and archived).
Tap the (...) menu and select "Import". Choose a previously exported Subwyn JSON file. Importing updates matching records using the unique record IDs in the file and adds records with new IDs. Matching is by ID, not by subscription name. Imported values replace the current values of matching records, including their archived status; records not in the file are kept. Re-importing the same export does not create duplicates.
Deleting the app removes its local data. Export your subscriptions before uninstalling if you want to keep a copy. Offloading the app is different and retains its data. Apple device backups may also contain app data, depending on your settings; we do not operate a cloud restore service.
